Fernando, espero que estén bien en Santo Domingo! Te escribo sobre una oportunidad para el Día del Jazz de este año. Como parte de nuestra programación educativa International Jazz Day, estarán llevando a cabo una masterclass virtual con el legendario baterista Antonio Sánchez. La sesión se llevará a cabo en español y nos encantaría que puedas compartir esta invitación si conoce a algún estudiante local (avanzado, alto nivel escolar o universitario) que puedan estar interesados en asistir a esta sesión como audiencia en vivo, y posiblemente interactuar con él con preguntas.

Este taller virtual con Antonio Sánchez, será presentado por el Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz para la celebración mundial del Día internacional del Jazz 2021. El mismo es ofrecido con el apoyo de la Secretaría de Cultura de la Ciudad de México y Neuma, Festival Internacional de Jazz de la Ciudad de México.

Esta será una experiencia genial, interesante y que no se pueden perder!!

La sesión se llevará a cabo antes el viernes 23 de abril a las 2 p.m. (hora en dominicana) y luego se transmitirá en el sitio web del International Jazz Day (jazzday.com) como parte de la programación oficial de la efeméride el viernes 30 de abril.

As part of our International Jazz Day educational programming, they will be conducting a virtual masterclass with the legendary drummer Antonio Sanchez.
